Meet Tips...
TIP #1
Meets can be long. Bring food and water. Food for athletes : Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, fruit, energy bars, just to name a few.
TIP #2
Don't wear your racing suit on the bus. Just change when you get to the pool.
TIP #3
Parents - meets are long and you will wait for hours to watch a race that lasts 30 seconds or less. Learn to follow the meet program and know where your swimmer is in the line-up. Its very frustrating to miss an event after you have been waiting.
TCC- Southeast Campus
TCC is one of the practice facilities Arlington swimmers use. It is a 25 yard, 8 lane indoor facility. Currently, Bowie, Martin, and Seguin use this pool for daily practice.

UTA
UTA is one of the practice facilities Arlington swimmers use. It is a 25 yard, 6 lane indoor facility. Currently, Lamar, Arlington High and Sam Houston use this pool for daily practice. Bowie swimmers will be at this pool for some holiday training and for a couple meets per season. There is stadium seating on the pool deck but it is limited. Also, it tends to get pretty loud in this pool.

Mansfield Natatorium
MISD Natatorium is a premier Olympic size pool located in Mansfield. It has movable bulk-heads so multiple courses can be configured. DJ Sports also has a pro shop located in the facility.
The 4A Regional meet is held at this pool.

GCISD Natatorium
GCISD Natatorium is a 25 yard facilty located in Grapevine. There is stadium seating and concessions.

North Lake College
Lake College is a community college that is part of the Dallas County Community College District and is located in the Las Colinas area of Irving, Texas between MacArthur Boulevard and Walnut Hill Lane. The North Lake College natatorium is equipped with a removable roof and serves as both an indoor and outdoor facility. The fifty-meter pool is temperature controlled
